Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) Requests

The Medford Fire Department requires that all Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests submitted via the internet be made exclusively through the official request form provided.

Requests submitted via direct email or any alternate forms will not be accepted, processed, or responded to.

This policy ensures consistent processing, accurate tracking, and compliance with New York State FOIL regulations.
